A tool for inserting rebar bolts and similar shaped articles into overhead holes. A mounting bracket adapted to be securely attached to a drill includes a tube. The tube is beveled at an angle and has an associated slip plate. The slip plate is adapted to engage the rebar as it is inserted into the cylinder. As the drill is energized, it propels the entire tool upwardly forcing the rebar into the hole.
