4694 PA ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE The present invention relates to a receptacle having a normally disguised message printed on a surface of the receptacle. Clusters of variegated elements are arranged in respective predetermined colour patterns on the surface to display to the naked eye random colour arrangements which disguise the message. Each respective colour ar- rangement disguises a portion of the message which may com- prise a numeral or a letter of the alphabet. Certain colours in each respective predetermined colour arrangement of variegated elements are accentuated to display the mes- sage when the predetermined colour pattern is viewed through a coloured filter. This novel method of disguising a message on a receptacle finds advantage in that the clusters may be printed on the receptacle at the same time as other art work, trade names and so on are printed on the receptacle.
