Abstract An opening arrangement an a packing container of the type which comprises a pouring opening formed in the upper side of the container. The opening arrangement comprises a cover strip and a pouring edge strip arranged between the cover strip and the packing container. To make possible the reclosure of the pouring opening the cover strip is provided with a gripping strip sealed to its underside which preferably has a free gripping edge facilitating the hooking of the cover strip to the pouring tab .
