A flexible, reclosable package (10, 210, 310, 410) having a reclosable zipper construction (20, 220, 320, 420) openable and closable by a slider device (30, 230, 330, 430), and a tamper-evident structure (35, 235, 335, 435), disposed over the zipper construction to provide indication. Whether access has been gained to the interior of the package. The tamper-evident structure (35, 235, 335, 435) exposes at least a portion of the slider device (30, 230, 330, 430). A second tamper-evident structure (36) is optionally disposed between the zipper construction and the package interior. This second structure may be a web or a peel seal. In one embodiment, there is an abutment positioned between the slider device and the end of the zipper. In another embodiment, there is an opening forming a pocket exposing the slider device. In another embodiment, there is a tab over the slider device. In another embodiment, there is a pair of tabs at opposite ends of the zipper construction.
L'invention concerne un emballage flexible et refermable qui comporte une structure de fermeture à glissière refermable pouvant être ouverte et fermée par un dispositif coulissant, et un élément inviolable placé sur la structure de fermeture à glissière pour indiquer si un l'emballage a été ouvert. L'élément inviolable laisse au moins voir une partie de la structure de fermeture à glissière. Un second élément inviolable est éventuellement placé entre la structure de fermeture à glissière et l'intérieur de l'emballage. Ce second élément peut être une bande ou une fermeture pelable. Dans un mode de réalisation, une butée est placée entre le dispositif coulissant et l'extrémité de la fermeture à glissière. Dans un autre mode de réalisation encore, une languette recouvre le dispositif coulissant et dans un autre, une paire de languettes sont situées aux extrémités opposées de la structure de fermeture à glissière.
