The invention relates to a reclosable pouring element for applying to a multilayer composite packaging, particularly a parallelepiped-shaped cardboard/plastic composite packaging. The pouring element comprises a base body (1) and a pouring tube (3), which is joined in an articulated manner thereto as one piece and which is simultaneously designed as an opening element for puncturing the packaging wall of the packaging in a weakened zone provided therefor. The invention also relates to a packaging provided for said pouring element. The aim of the invention is to create a reliable opening and reclosing pouring element, which has a small overall height and is as user- friendly as possible in all regards for the consumer. To this end, the pouring tube (3) is joined via a surrounding flexible membrane (4) to the base body (1) and, when closed, is folded so that it rests flatly, whereby this flatly folded pouring tube (3) is pinched in a sealed manner between a clamping edge (8) and a clamping crosspiece (10) of the base body (1).
L'invention concerne un élément verseur refermable à appliquer sur un emballage composite multicouche, notamment un emballage composite carton/matière plastique parallélépipédique. Ledit élément verseur présente un corps de base (1) et un tube verseur (3) relié d'un seul tenant audit élément de manière articulée, qui se présente à la fois sous forme d'élément d'ouverture pour percer la paroi de l'emballage dans une zone d'atténuation prévue à cet effet. L'invention concerne en outre un emballage prévu pour ledit élément verseur. L'invention vise à mettre au point un élément verseur s'ouvrant de manière fiable et pouvant être refermé, d'encombrement réduit, qui présente pour l'utilisateur la plus grande convivialité d'utilisation possible à tous égards. A cet effet, il est prévu que le tube verseur (3) soit relié au corps de base (1) par une membrane (4) flexible périphérique et soit plat, à l'état fermé, de sorte que ledit tube verseur (4) plié et plat soit pris de manière étanche entre une arête de serrage (8) et une nervure de serrage (10) du corps de base (1).
