The invention relates to novel recombinant glycoproteins that act as messenger substances, signaling substances, promoters, stimulators and initiators in a multitude of ways in the animal, especially human, circulation system. The invention also relates to a method for the production thereof, pharmaceutical agents containing said glycoproteins and the use thereof. The invention more particularly relates to novel recombinant human glycoproteins (rh glycoproteins), preferably novel rh differentiation factors, especially rh erythropoietin; novel rh growth factors, especially rh CSF (colony stimulating factor), rh GMCSF (granulocyte monocyte stimulation factor); novel rh thrombolytic agents, especially rh tPA (tissue plasminogen activator) and rh urokinase; novel rh thromboprophylactic agents, especially rh antithrombin III; novel rh coagulation factors, especially rh factor VIII and rh factor IX; novel rh interferons, especially rh .alpha., .beta. and .gamma. interferons; and novel rh interleukins, especially rh IL-2, IL-15, IL-16 and IL-17. The invention further relates to a method for the production of said substances, pharmaceutical agents containing them and to the use thereof.
L'invention concerne de nouvelles glycoprotéines recombinantes qui interviennent de diverses manières, comme substances messagères, substances de signalisation, promoteurs, activateurs et initiateurs, dans le métabolisme animal et humain; une technique permettant de les produire, des médicaments les contenant et leur utilisation. Elle concerne notamment des glycoprotéines recombinantes humaines (glycoprotéines rh), de préférence des facteurs de différenciation rh, notamment l'érythropoiétine rh; des facteurs de croissance rh, notamment le rh-CSF (facteur de stimulation des colonies cellulaires) et le rh-GM-CSF (facteur de stimulation des colonies de granulocytes et de monocytes); des thrombolytiques rh, notamment le rh-tPA (activateur tissulaire du plasminogène) et l'urokinase rh; des agents antithrombogènes rh, notamment l'antithrombine III rh; des facteurs de coagulation rh, notamment le facteur VIII rh et le facteur IX rh; des interférons rh, notamment les interférons .alpha., .beta. et .gamma. rh; et des interleukines rh, notamment les IL-2, IL-15, IL-16 et IL-17 rh. L'invention concerne également leur procédé de fabrication, des médicaments les contenant et leur utilisation.
