DNA constructs containing the complementarity determining regions (CDRs) of a murine antibody are recombinantly combined with the chosen frameworks of variable regions of both heavy and light chains of a human antibody. The constructs are transfected into eucaryotic host cells capable of expressing the recombinant immunoglobulin sequence.
