Immunogenic compositions comprising recombinant attenuated intracellular pathogens that have been transformed to express recombinant immunogenic antigens of the same or other intracellular pathogens are provided. Exemplary immunogenic compositions include, but are not limited to attenuated recombinant Mycobacteria expressing the major extracellular non-fusion proteins of Mycobacteria and/or other intracellular pathogens. Other embodiments are provided wherein the recombinant attenuated intracellular pathogen is auxotrophic.
L'invention concerne des compositions immunogènes comprenant des pathogènes intracellulaires atténués de recombinaison qui ont été transformés pour exprimer des antigènes immunogènes de recombinaison desdits pathogènes ou d'autres pathogènes intracellulaires. Les compositions immunogènes prises en exemple comprennent, notamment, des mycobactéries atténuées de recombinaison exprimant les principales protéines extracellulaires non fusionnées des mycobactéries et/ou d'autres pathogènes intracellulaires. Dans d'autres modes de réalisation, le pathogène intracellulaire atténué de recombinaison est auxotrophe.
