A method for reconstituting Sendai virions which comprises introducing the genome of Sendai virus into a host wherein all of the early replication genes have been expressed. This method enables gene manipulations of Sendai virus and thus makes it possible to utilize Sendai virus efficiently as a vector.
Cette invention concerne un procédé permettant de reconstituer des virions sendai, lequel procédé consiste à introduire le génome d'un virus sendai dans un hôte dans lequel les gènes de réplication précoces ont tous été exprimés.
