A device for reconstituting liquid for medical use by bringing together a first liquid medium contained in a first vessel in the form of a cartridge and a second medium, such as a drug in solid form, contained in a second vessel in the form of a vial, the device comprising means for supporting the first and second vessels, and a movable operating member for applying a force to cause the first liquid medium to be delivered at a controlled rate from the first vessel into the second vessel. The first and second vessels may be provided in a pack having liquid transfer means in the form of a needle.

L'invention concerne un dispositif de reconstitution d'un liquide destiné à une utilisation médicale. On met en présence une première substance liquide contenue dans un premier récipient qui se présente sous la forme d'une cartouche (3) et une seconde substance, telle qu'un médicament à l'état solide, contenu dans un second récipient qui se présente sous la forme d'un flacon (7). Le dispositif (19) comprend un élément (41) servant de support au premier récipient et au second récipient, et un élément de manoeuvre mobile, (50) servant à appliquer une force pour transférer le premier milieu liquide, à un débit régulé, du premier récipient au second récipient. Le premier récipient et le second récipient peuvent être fournis en un lot (70) avec un moyen de transfert de liquide se présentant sous la forme d'une aiguille (10).
