This invention relates to telephone ringers. A unique recordable voice/sound ringer (16) rings whenever there is a phone call. There are several modes of operation: voice/sound ringer (16) instead of a regular ringer (17), alternating regular ringer (17) and voice/sound ringer (16), voice/sound (16) rings in between the regular rings of a phone (15), voice/sound ringer (16) at the same time as a regular ringer (17), continuous voice/sound ringer, and other modes. This device can be used in addition to a phone, or as to an integral part of a phone.
