A recording and reproduction apparatus shifts a program which is currently being executed to a paused state, or temporarily shifts a mode of graphics drawing by an application program to an invisible mode, in order to reproduce a recorded video with trick play functionality at a reproduction speed different from a normal reproduction speed, thereby making it possible to prevent an unexpected behavior of the program even when an application program is executing a time-consuming process.

L'invention concerne un appareil d'enregistrement et de reproduction qui décale un programme en cours d'exécution sur un état de pause, ou qui décale temporairement un mode de dessin graphique effectué par un programme d'application sur un mode invisible, de sorte à reproduire une vidéo enregistrée à l'aide d'une fonctionnalité de mode d'enrichissement à une vitesse de reproduction différente de la vitesse de reproduction normale, ce qui permet d'éviter un comportement impromptu du programme, même lorsque le programme d'application exécute un procédé chronophage.
