This invention is for use in records management. It is a method and system for storing and filing documents pertaining to the management of a microbusiness. The method is presented in the form of a manual divided into eight sections with tabs of different colours. The manual contains a list of filing plan descriptors. The filing system consists of a series of pre-labelled coloured file folders. The labels correspond to the descriptors used in the method. The colours of the file folders correspond to the colours of the eight sections in the method manual. The method and the filing system are sold together in the same package. The purpose of this records management method and filing system is to provide a new and effective method for small companies, which have limited human, technical and financial resources, to perform effective records management.
Cette invention relève du domaine de la gestion documentaire. Il s'agit d'une méthode et d'un système pour la conservation et le classement des documents afférents à la gestion d'une micro-entreprise. La méthode est présentée sous la forme d'un guide divisé en huit (8) sections à l'aide d'onglets de couleurs différentes. Ce guide renferme la liste des descripteurs du plan de classement. Le système de classement consiste en un ensemble de chemises de couleur pré-étiquetées. Les étiquettes correspondent aux descripteurs utilisées dans la méthode. La couleur des chemises correspond aux couleurs des huit (8) sections de la méthode. La méthode d'utilisation appariée au système de classement sont présentés en un seul emballage. Le but de cette méthode et de ce système de classement est d'offrir un nouveau moyen efficace aux petites entreprises qui sont limitées dans leurs possibilités humaines, techniques et financières pour procéder à leur gestion documentaire.
