A recoverable article comprising an inner resilient tubular member (120) that is held in a laterally expanded configuration by engagement with outer holdout means (122), wherein the outer surface of the inner member (120) is provided with a plurality of channels extending therealong and the holdout means (122) occupies the channels so as to provide said holdout engagement, wherein the holdout engagement is arranged to be weakened mechanically without any substantial change in the molecular structural properties of the holdout means (122), thereby to allow recovery of the inner tubular member (120) towards its unexpanded configuration.
L'invention porte sur un article pouvant reprendre sa forme et comprenant un élément tubulaire (120) interne, résilient qui est maintenu en extension latérale par emboîtement avec un dispositif de maintien extérieur (122). La surface externe de l'élément interne (120) comporte une pluralité de canaux de façon à réaliser l'emboîtement de maintien, cet élément d'emboîtement étant agencé de façon à être affaibli mécaniquement sans pour autant subir de modifications importantes dans ses propriétés structurales moléculaires (122) pour que l'élément tubulaire (120) interne reprenne ainsi sa configuration non étirée.
