ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE The invention provides a method of making a hollow pressure vessel around an elongate substrate, which comprises: (A) providing around the substrate a hollow article having at least one recoverable outlet portion such that the substrate extends through said outlet portion, the article comprising a composite structure recoverable by virtue of a recoverable fibre component thereof; (B) recovering into engagement with the sub- strate one or more outlet portions only of the structure.
