RECREATIONAL FLOAT ABSTACT OF THE DISCLOSURE An anchored float on which bathers can play is provided with a body having a foot platform spaced below a hand line secured to an upper part of the body. The in- terior of the hollow body is divided into flotation and ballast compartments with the latter compartment being floodable to submerge the float to a predetermined depth in a body of water. Bathers standing on the platform and supporting themselves by holding onto the hand line can rock the float back and forth with little likelihood that it will tip over completely.
