A recreational floatation device which allows a user to either stand, glide, sit or lay down above the surface of the water during propulsion, comprising in combination a buoyant hull, having a flat top, a flat bottom, a narrow front and a wide rear. Connecting means are provided onto the flat top to accept various ancillary devices within a sliding track. Attachment means are provided under the flat bottom to accept a detachable keel. Further means are provided onto both sides close to the front and rear of the apparatus to connect quick detachable stabilizing system. Further means are provided laterally to accept quick detachable rotational propulsion system, levers are connected to the propellers, by thrusting said levers forward and pull backward within a continuous sequence, this action engages the propellers for rotation which further propels the device which is easily steer able.
