An apparatus for loading and un-loading a recreational vehicle from a truck. The truck has a front and rear and a longitudinal axis defined therebetween. The apparatus comprises, in one embodiment, a vehicle receiving ramp and a lifting means engaged with the underside of the ramp. The lifting means is mounted to the rear of the truck and is selectively operable to arcuately move the ramp between a lowered position that is inclined with respect to the longitudinal axis and a raised position that is parallel with the longitudinal axis. The ramp is longitudinally mobile in the raised position between a foremost and rearmost position and is selectively lockable in the foremost and rearmost positions using a locking means. To load the recreational vehicle, the ramp is preferably locked in the rearmost longitudinal position and placed in the lowered position for receiving the vehicle. The ramp with the vehicle is then raised using the lifting means, unlocked from the rearmost longitudinal position, longitudinally moved to the foremost longitudinal position, and locked again using the locking means.
Il s'agit d'un appareillage qui permet de charger et de décharger un véhicule récréatif d'un camion. Ce camion présente un axe longitudinal. L'appareillage comprend, dans une version, une rampe de réception de véhicule et un dispositif de levage engagé avec la face inférieure de la rampe. Le dispositif de levage est placé à l'arrière du camion et est manoeuvrable sélectivement pour déplacer en décrivant un arc, la rampe, de la position abaissée inclinée par rapport à l'axe longitudinal, à la position levée, parallèle à l'axe longitudinal. La rampe est mobile dans le sens longitudinal, en position levée, entre la position la plus avancée et la position la plus reculée, et elle est verrouillable sélectivement dans ces positions, au moyen d'un dispositif de verrouillage. Pour charger le véhicule récréatif, la rampe est de préférence verrouillée dans la position longitudinale la plus reculée et est placée dans la position abaissée pour recevoir le véhicule. La rampe avec le véhicule est alors levée au moyen du dispositif de levage, déverrouillée de la position longitudinale la plus reculée, déplacée dans le sens longitudinal jusqu'à la position longitudinale la plus avancée et verrouillée de nouveau au moyen du dispositif de verrouillage.
