ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A rectifier device in an Alternating Current generator mounted on a motor vehicle such as an automobile. In this rectifier device, are integrally mounted diodes on a pair of mounting plates. Each of the mounting plates is formed of hollow portions extending therethrough in the direction of flow of cooling air, and, in each of hollow portions, fin members formed of wave-shaped metal sheets being laminated at predetermined intervals are integrally fixed by soldering. The fin members are provided with raised louvers.
