An open frame structure that sits on top of a recycling box (to be referred to as a 'blue box' - standard size in Richmond B.C. is 40 cm x 48 cm x 39 cm high; used to hold recyclable refuse such as cans and plastic containers) or directly on the floor and holds two plastic recycling bags for collecting and separating newsprint, cardboard and paper. There are two hooks on one side to hold a plastic grocery bag to recycle additional material (i.e. grocery bags, aluminum cans, etc.) The centre bar is used as a handle to allow for lifting the apparatus to carry it to the curb and for convenient access to the blue box.
