An electrical connector (14) includes a housing (16) which receives a plurality of elongated contacts (20; 22, 24, 26, 28, 30, 32, 34, 36) for receiving electrical signals. Each contact (20; 22, 224, 26, 28, 30, 32, 34, 36) includes a free end (52, 54) and has a major bend (44, 46). At least a portion of adjacent contacts (20; 22, 24, 26, 28, 30, 32, 34, 36) between their respective free ends (52, 54) and major bends (44, 46) are not parallel so that electrical signal transmission of the connector (14) is enhanced.

Ce connecteur électrique (14) comprend un boîtier (16) qui reçoit une pluralité de contacts de forme allongée (20; 22, 24, 26, 28, 30, 32, 34, 36), destinés à recevoir des signaux électriques. Chacun de ces contacts (20; 22, 24, 26, 28, 30, 32, 34, 36) présente une extrémité libre (52, 54) ainsi qu'une courbure principale (44, 46).
