A loading and unloading apparatus for transporting reels to and from a point- of-use, comprises a turntable (31) rotatable in the horizontal plane and located remote from the point-of-use, and first means (40, 41) extending between the turntable (31) and point-of-use and arranged to support and transfer reels (20, 21, 22) to and from the point-of-use from and to the turntable (31) and further comprising at least a pair of second support and transfer means (42, 43) located on the turntable (31), wherein each of said second support and transfer means (42, 43) is arranged to transport a reel (22) along at least a portion of the length thereof.
L'invention concerne un appareil de chargement et de déchargement de bobine vers un point d'utilisation ou à partir de celui-ci, comprenant une plaque tournante (31) rotative située dans un plan horizontal, et placée à distance du point d'utilisation, un premier organe (40, 41) s'étendant entre la plaque tournante (31) et le point d'utilisation, et agencé de façon à supporter et transférer des bobines (20, 21, 22) vers le point d'utilisation ou à partir de celui-ci, vers la plaque tournante (31) ou à partir de celle-ci, et au moins une paire d'un second organe de support et de transfert (42, 43) situé sur la plaque tournante (31), chaque second organe de support et de transfert (42, 43) étant agencé de façon à transporter une bobine (22) sur au moins une partie de sa longueur.
