A spool (10) for carrying continuous pipe or coiled tubing for a coiled tubing injector is dropped into a stand (12) at a site and coupled to a rotary power source (36). The stand includes two axles ( 144), on either side of the spool, and a drive plate (122). The spool includes on each side a supporting hub (114) with slot (116) that allows the axle to slide into the hub and the slot to be closed. At the same time, a coupling member (120) on the drive plate slides into mating contact with a complementary coupling member ( 124) on the spool. Thus, the spool is mounted and coupled to a rotary power source with comparative ease and quickness,facilitating use of multiple spools for both transportation and operation at the well site.

L'invention porte sur un dévidoir (10) de tube continu ou de tube bobiné pour injecteur de tels tubes, se montant dans un bâti (12) situé sur le site d'exploitation et relié à une source motrice rotative (36). Le bâti comporte deux demi-arbres supports (140) disposés de part et d'autre du dévidoir, et une plaque d'entraînement (122). Le dévidoir comporte de plus sur chacun de ses côtés un moyeu porteur (114) présentant une fente (116) permettant d'introduire un demi-arbre dans le moyeu tout en refermant la fente. Simultanément un élément de couplage (120) solidaire de la plaque d'entraînement coulisse pour venir s'accoupler à un élément de couplage (124) complémentaire solidaire du dévidoir. On peut ainsi monter la bobine et la coupler à la source motrice assez aisément et rapidement, ce qui facilite l'utilisation successive de plusieurs dévidoirs tant sur le plan du transport que celui de la mise en oeuvre sur le site.
