A reel-up for reeling a paper web onto reeling drums (2), comprising stand parts (5) with rails (9), along which the reeling drums (2), rotatably carried by their bearing housings (4), are displaced, a surface winding drum, over which the paper web runs and which is rotatably journalled in bearing housings (13) on the stand parts, a secondary system, and a primary system, having primary arms (24) with gripping members (33) for retaining a reeling drum (2), which primary arms have actuators (28) for moving the reeling drum (2) along the envelope surface of the surface winding drum. According to the invention, each primary gripping member has outer and inner locking arms (34, 35), pivotably journalled about a common journalling shaft (36) on the primary arm, a first actuator (44), carried by the gripping member to open and close the same by pivoting the outer locking arm (34) about the journalling shaft (36) in relation to the inner locking arm so as, in the open position, to receive the reeling drum and, in the closed position, retain the same in its bearing housings (4), and a second actuator (45), mounted between the primary arm and the inner locking arm (35). The outer and inner locking arms and the first actuator constitute a pivotable unit for regulating the linear load.

L'invention concerne une bobineuse destinée à l'enroulement d'une bande papier sur des rouleaux enrouleurs (2) et comprenant des supports (5) dotés de rails (9), le long desquels se déplacent les tambours enrouleurs (2) montés pivotants dans des blocs de paliers (4); un rouleau porteur permettant de faire défiler une bande papier monté rotatif dans des blocs de paliers (13) sur les supports. Cette bobineuse comprend également un système secondaire et un système primaire doté de bras primaires (24) pourvus d'organes de préhension (33) destinés à retenir un rouleau enrouleur (2). Ces bras primaires ont des actionneurs (28) destinés à déplacer le rouleau enrouleur (2) le long de la surface extérieure du rouleau porteur. Selon l'invention, chaque organe de préhension primaire a un bras de verrouillage externe (34) et un bras de verrouillage interne (35), montés pivotants autour d'une tige commune (36) du bras primaire. Un premier actionneur (44), porté par l'organe de préhension pour ouvrir et fermer ce dernier en faisant pivoter le bras de verrouillage externe (34) autour de la tige (36) par rapport au bras de verrouillage interne pour, en position ouverte, recevoir le rouleau enrouleur et, en position fermée, maintenir ce dernier dans son bloc de palier (4). Un deuxième actionneur (45) est monté entre le bras primaire et le bras de verrouillage interne (35). Les bras de verrouillage externe et interne et le premier actionneur constituent une unité pivotante permettant de réguler la charge linéaire.
