A reel-up (1) in which paper is reeled up on reeling drums (4) to form paper reels (3), said reel-up comprising two stand members (6, 7) each having a stand rail (12) to support the reeling drums; a surface winding means (8) over which the web (2) runs; and a secondary system with at least one secondary unit (19, 20) for receipt of a reeling drum, wherein the secondary unit comprises first and second secondary bodies (21, 22) which are linearly movably journalled in said stand members. According to the invention each secondary body comprises lifting means for lifting the reeling drum from the stand rail to a production level in which the reeling drum is free from the stand rails and the load of the paper reel and the reeling drum (4) is taken up by the secondary bodies and transferred to the stand members. The lifting means comprises a top rail (38) with an upper support surface parallel to the adjacent stand rail, and at least one actuator (41) to bring the support surface of the top rail into contact with the reeling drum and effect the lifting through vertical movement of the top rail.

L'invention porte sur un enrouleur (1) dans lequel le papier est enroulé sur des cylindres bobineurs (4) de façon à former des bobines (3) de papier. Cet enrouleur comprend deux éléments de support (6, 7) pourvus chacun d'un rail (12) pour pouvoir supporter le cylindre bobineur; un dispositif d'enroulement (8) sur lequel passe la bande (2); et un système secondaire doté d'au moins une unité secondaire (19, 20) qui reçoit un cylindre bobineur. Cette unité secondaire comprend des premier et second corps secondaires (21, 22) qui sont tourillonnés de façon mobile et linéaire dans les éléments de support. Selon cette invention, chaque corps secondaire comprend un dispositif de levage permettant de lever le cylindre bobineur du rail du support à un niveau de la production où le cylindre bobineur est dégagé des rails, et la charge de la bobine de papier et du cylindre bobineur (4) sont enroulés par les corps secondaires et transférés vers les éléments de support. Le dispositif de levage comprend un rail supérieur (38) pourvu d'une surface support supérieure parallèle au rail adjacent, et au moins un actionneur (41) de sorte que la surface support du rail supérieur vienne en contact avec le cylindre bobineur et que le levage s'effectue par le déplacement vertical du rail supérieur.
