1.12.1978 1 PHN 9088 ABSTRACT: A voltage reference arrangement with the series connectinn of a semiconductor junction and a resistor included in a current circuit in which a current with a positive temperature coefficient flows. The value of the resistor is such that the voltage across said series connection is highly temperature independent. In order to reduce said temperature-independent voltage a resistor is included in said current circuit in parallel with the said series connection, the temperature independen- ce of the voltage across said series connection being preserved.
