Refill (1 ) for a volatile active ingredient dispenser comprising a reservoir (7) containing a volatile active ingredient in liquid or gel form, said reservoir (7) comprising a wall consisting of a diffusing membrane (4), characterized by the fact that said refill (1 ) is adapted to be held in a circular support (5) such as an annular recess (6). The invention also relates to a specific dispenser which may use the above cited prefill.
