REFLECTIVE INSULATIVE PANEL ABSTRACT A heat reflective and insulative prefabricated panel consisting of a metallic outer facing sheet and a metallic back- ing sheet encapsulating a plurality of cellular foil sheets. The foil sheets are preformed to present raised ribs which are adapted to cooperate with like ribs of juxtaposed sheets to define enclosed cells that prevent heat transfer by convection. -1-
