A reflective safety device includes a reflective helical and tubular structure for attaching onto an object and for reflecting lights. The helical and tubular member (40) may be easily attached onto a spatial or a tubular (82) or a cable (83) material by winding process without any further fasteners or adhesive materials. A reflective layer (31) may further be attached onto the inner or the outer peripheral surface of the helical and tubular member (40) for reflecting lights. The helical and tubular member (40) includes a reflective plate (33) and a backing plate (34) covered by a transparent cover layer (36).
