The shaft (12) extends from a neck (15) to a handle (13) and has an inner stiffner encapsulated by a polymeric material body (18). The polymeric material body (18) extends from the neck (15) of the shaft (12) to form the head (14). The clip (16) is secured to the reflex hammer (10) along the shaft (12) for securely carrying the reflex hammer (10).
