A display and dispensing assembly for use in combination with a freezer cabinet (1) which has an internal temperature T1, said display and dispensing assembly comprises (a) a housing (10) located externally of the freezer cabinet (b) a chamber (11) within the housing in which products can be stored and from which they can be dispensed, said products being stored at a temperature of T2 which is higher than T1 (c) first heat transfer means (18) within the housing (d) second heat transfer means (20) intended to be placed inside the freezer cabinet (e) means (19) for circulating a heat transfer fluid through the first and second heat transfer means.

L'invention concerne un système d'affichage et de distribution s'utilisant en combinaison avec une armoire de réfrigération (1) présentant une température intérieure T1, ledit système d'affichage et de distribution comprenant : (a) un boîtier (10) se trouvant à l'extérieur de l'armoire de réfrigération, (b) une chambre (11) située à l'intérieur du boîtier, où des produits peuvent être entreposés et d'où ils peuvent être distribués, lesdits produits étant stockés à une température de T2, supérieure à T1 ; (c) un premier moyen de transfert de chaleur (18) situé dans le boîtier ; (d) un second moyen de transfert de chaleur (20) destiné à être placé dans l'armoire de réfrigération ; (e) un moyen (19) pour faire circuler un fluide caloporteur à travers le premier et le second moyen de transfert de chaleur.
