IMPROVED REFRIGERATING BLOWER UNIT HAVING SHALLOW HOUSING ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A blower unit comprising a housing having an evaporator coil mounted adjacent a top front outlet end thereof. The evaporator coil has a plurality of refrigerating coil windings supported adjacent the outlet end. A collecting pan is secured below the evaporator coil to collect condensation. A drain is connected to the pan to remove water condensed therein. A fan is mounted in the housing adjacent an intake orifice located below the evaporator coil and directs outside air upwardly in the housing behind the evaporator coil in an air diffusing space and forces the air through the evaporator coil for cooling same.
