A refrigerator (1) for fresh and frozen products with passive means for temperature leveling without ventilation and for maintaining the relative humidity above 90% even in the absence of a connection to the electrical mains, by using the energy supplied by the melting enthalpy of the thermal mass, frozen beforehand by circulating refrigeration fluid at low temperature within a heat accumulator, which allows to absorb, progressively and proportionally to the demand, the heat that passes through the walls and the heat dissipated by the products, the refrigerator comprising a body (2) which defines internally at least one compartment (3) which is delimited by thermally insulating walls, at least 50% of the inner surface of the compartment being constituted by the surface of a heat accumulator (10) which contains a eutectic liquid, with a phase change temperature which is proximate to the temperature to be maintained within the compartment, an evaporation circuit associated with a compressor being functionally connected to the heat accumulator.
L'invention concerne un réfrigérateur (1) pour produis frais et surgelés, comportant des moyens passifs pour l'équilibrage de la température, sans ventilation et pour le maintien d'un niveau supérieur à 90% de l'humidité relative, même en absence de connexion au réseau électrique, par utilisation de l'énergie fournie par l'enthalpie de fusion de la masse thermique, congelée au préalable par passage d'un fluide réfrigérant circulant à base température dans un accumulateur de chaleur, ce qui permet d'absorber progressivement et en fonction de la demande, la chaleur passant à travers les parois, ainsi que la chaleur dégagée par les produits. Ledit réfrigérateur comprend un corps (2) qui définit à l'intérieur au moins un compartiment (3), délimité par des parois thermo-isolantes, au moins 50% de la surface intérieure du compartiment étant formée par la surface d'un accumulateur de chaleur (10) qui contient un liquide eutectique, dont la température de changement de phase est proche de la température à maintenir dans le compartiment. Ledit réfrigérateur comprend également un circuit d'évaporation associé à un compresseur, connecté en fonctionnement à l'accumulateur de chaleur.
