ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A refuse pick-up device comprising a first elongated frame member, a handle at a first end of the frame member, a second end of the frame member being bifurcated and having mounted thereon an open ended box, an arm pivotally mounted on the first frame member, a second frame member pivotally connect- to the arm, and scoop means connected to an end of the second frame member and movable from positions removed from the box open end to a position adjacent the box open end.
