In order to provide an automatically operating cooling air regulating device for a grate cooler for cooling hot bulk material such as cement clinker, for example, which can be constructed easily and can be used without problems both for non-moving and also in particular for moving cooling grate regions or moving cooling grate systems, a regulating device with a regulator housing (11) which is arranged below the cooling grate, performs its movements with it and is flowed through by the cooling air (10) supplied is proposed according to the invention, an inner body (12) which can be moved translatorily by the cooling air flow being guided displaceably in the regulator housing (11), and the free flow cross section of the regulator housing (11) remaining for the cooling air (10) being reduced automatically with increasing height inside the regulator housing of the inner body (12) against which the cooling air flows, and vice versa.
L'objectif de cette invention est d'élaborer un dispositif de régulation d'air de refroidissement à fonctionnement automatique et de construction simple pour un refroidisseur à grille destiné à refroidir des matières en vrac chaudes, par exemple du clinker, lequel dispositif peut être utilisé sans problème aussi bien pour des zones immobiles de la grille de refroidissement que pour des zones et systèmes mobiles de ladite grille. A cet effet, le dispositif de régulation selon l'invention présente un carter (11) de régulateur, placé en dessous de la grille de refroidissement, suivant les mouvements de cette dernière et parcouru par l'air de refroidissement (10) amené. Un corps intérieur (12), pouvant être déplacé en translation par le courant d'air de refroidissement, est placé dans le carter (11) du régulateur et guidé de façon à pouvoir coulisser. La section d'écoulement du carter (11) de régulateur restant libre pour l'air de refroidissement (10) est automatiquement réduite avec l'augmentation de la hauteur du corps intérieur (12), situé au sein du carter de régulateur et sur lequel l'air de refroidissement est dirigé, et inversement.
