The invention relates to the regulation of the throughflow through a bottom nozzle of a metallurgical vessel, with an upper nozzle arranged in the floor of the metallurgical vessel and a lower nozzle arranged below the upper nozzle, with at least one inert gas inlet aperture and with a sensor arranged on or in the lower nozzle for determining the layer thickness of clogging in the nozzle, the inert gas supply into the bottom nozzle being regulated using the measurement signals of the sensor. It furthermore relates to a bottom nozzle for a metallurgical vessel with an upper nozzle arranged in the floor of a metallurgical vessel and a lower nozzle arranged below the upper nozzle, the wall of the throughflow aperture through the nozzles being formed at least sealed to metal melt, the wall of the throughflow aperture through the nozzles being formed at least sealed to metal melt, the nozzles being at least partially surrounded by a gastight housing, the housing at its lower end gastightly enclosing the lower nozzle at its periphery and being arranged with a portion of its inner side abutting on the outer side of the nozzle, and a thermally insulating solid being arranged between the wall of the throughflow aperture and the housing.
L'invention concerne la régulation d'un débit à travers la buse inférieure d'un récipient métallurgique. Une buse supérieure est aménagée dans le fond du récipient métallurgique et une buse inférieure est aménagée au-dessous de la buse supérieure; le récipient comporte au moins une ouverture d'admission pour gaz inerte et un capteur disposé sur ou dans la buse inférieure pour déterminer l'épaisseur de la couche de colmatage de la buse, l'écoulement du gaz inerte dans la buse inférieure étant régulé en utilisant les signaux de mesure du capteur. L'invention porte également sur la buse inférieure d'un récipient métallurgique muni d'une buse supérieure aménagée dans le fond du récipient et d'une buse inférieure aménagée au-dessous de la buse supérieure, la cloison de l'ouverture du débit d'écoulement à travers les buses étant formée et scellée par fusion de métal, les buses étant au moins partiellement entourées par un logement étanche aux gaz, le logement, dans sa partie inférieure, enfermant de manière étanche la buse inférieure à sa périphérie et étant disposé avec une partie de son côté interne en appui contre le côté externe de la buse, et un solide thermiquement isolant étant aménagé entre la cloison de l'ouverture de débit d'écoulement et le logement.
