A Method to create a novel hempseed material embodying the chemistry of the whole hemp plant by utilizing a special harvesting method. The embodiments resulting from application of this method allow commercialization of hempseed in a broad range of end uses. Another embodiment preserves the integrity and stability of the hempseed. Yet another embodiment allows this material to be compliant with government regulatory laws and regulations in all the commercial applications of the novel hempseed material which are a direct result of and are dependant upon and require setting the harvester to intentionally break and crack the grain.
