ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A reinforced concrete catch basin cover and lid takes the form of a concrete slab-like body wherein the reinforcement has spaced parallel front and back sections with interconnecting members and a ring disposed centrally thereof defining the access opening in the cover. The front and back reinforcement sections and some of the interconnecting members defining a shape substantially the same as that of the reinforced concrete catch basin cover with a cast concrete body enveloping the reinforcement sections and members. This invention is distinguish- able from other inventions by reason of the arrangement of the front and back reinforcing sections and their interconnecting members which partially define the finished shape of the concrete catch basin cover. -2-
