A reinforced plastic profile for window, door, and facade elements, having a plastic profile body (11, 12) extending in a longitudinal direction, and at least one reinforcing element (21, 22) is provided, wherein the plastic profile body (11, 12) has at least one receiving guide (31, 32) extending in longitudinal direction, which is adjusted for the precise guidance and positioning of the reinforcing element (21, 22), and wherein the reinforcing element (21, 22) is connected in the longitudinal direction to the plastic profile body (11, 12) in that the reinforcing element (21, 22) inserted in the receiving guide (31, 32) and positioned by means of the receiving guide is foamed thereto or around, and wherein the reinforced plastic profile thus has precise positioning of the reinforcing element (21, 22) relative to the outside geometry of the plastic profile body (11, 12).
L'invention concerne un profilé armé en matière plastique pour des éléments de fenêtre, de porte et de façade, avec un corps profilé (11, 12) en matière plastique qui s'étend dans une direction longitudinale, et avec au moins un élément d'armature (21, 22). Le corps profilé (11, 12) en matière plastique présente au moins un guide récepteur (31, 32) qui s'étend en direction longitudinale et qui est conçu pour un guidage et un positionnement précis de l'élément d'armature (21, 22). L'élément d'armature (21, 22) est assemblé de manière longitudinalement fixe au corps profilé (11, 12) en matière plastique par moussage sur ou autour de l'élément d'armature (21, 22) inséré dans le guide récepteur (31, 32) et positionné par le guidage récepteur. Le profilé armé en matière plastique présente ainsi un positionnement précis de l'élément d'armature (21, 22) par rapport à la géométrie extérieure du corps profilé (11, 12) en matière plastique.
