ABSTRACT Molding compositions which comprises a melt blend of: (a) poly(arylene sulfide); (b) reinforcing filler; and (c) a flash reducing amount of an amorphous silica having a surface area of from about 50 to about 500 m2/g, wherein the composition has a melt viscosity of from about 150 to about 900 Pa.S at 400 sec-1 and 316°C.
