HOE 91/F 233 Abstract of the Disclosure; Reinforced polypropylene molding composition A polypropylene molding composition which comprises,as the reinforcing substance, a clay mineral of specific composition shows an improved profile of properties compared with known polypropylene molding compositions reinforced with talc. The impact strength of molding compositions which have not been finished with impact modifiers increases considerably, while the strength, in particular the ball indentation hardness, of molding compositions finished with impact modifiers increases. Generally, an improvement in scratch resistance and surface quality is to be observed compared with molding compositions reinforced with talc.
