The invention relates to a sterilising packaging material for sterilisable medical devices, which is embodied in the form of a fibrous film containing polyamide fibres, wherein the basis weight of the film is less than 100g/m2, a mean resistance to a tear propagation is equal to or greater than 1900 mN an a bacterial filtering efficiency BFE is equal or greater than 95 %. A sterilising packaging containing said material is also disclosed.

L'invention concerne un matériau d'emballage de stérilisation pour les dispositifs médicaux devant être stérilisés, qui est sous forme d'une feuille fibreuse comprenant des fibres de polyamide, ladite feuille ayant un grammage inférieur à 100 g/m2, une résistance moyenne à la déchirure amorcée supérieure ou égale à 1900 mN et une efficacité en filtration bactérienne BFE supérieure ou égale à 95 %. Elle concerne aussi un emballage de stérilisation comportant ledit matériau.
