REINFORCED WORK GLOVE AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A glove which is reinforced in areas of intense wear and method of manufacturing the glove. A patch of aramid fiber fabric is secured to the outer surface of a fabric glove by means of a thermoplastic material. The patch is pre-heated prior to application to a glove blank which is subjected to heat and pressure for a predetermined time interval.
