A system of shear control reinforcement for use in a reinforced concrete structure comprising one or more shear control members (3) bent into a substantially rectangular wave formation; the shear control member (3) being unitary and continuous for at least 1.5 wave cycles and being adapted to restrain conventional main tension control reinforcement elements (2) placed substantially transversely thereto and against the shear control member (3) adjacent a point of maximum amplitude but within the wave configuration.

La présente invention concerne un système d'armature d'effort tranchant destiné à être utilisé dans une structure de béton armé et comprenant au moins un élément (3) d'effort tranchant plié de manière à former des ondulations de forme sensiblement rectangulaire, ledit élément d'effort tranchant (3) étant monobloc et continu sur au moins 1,5 ondulations et permettant de retenir les armatures principales (2) de réglage de tension, lesquelles sont placées de manière sensiblement transversale par rapport à l'élément d'effort tranchant et contre ledit élément d'effort tranchant (3), adjacentes à un point d'amplitude maximale de la configuration en ondulations, mais à l'intérieur de celle-ci.
