ABSTRACT A work station consists in one or more inclined support frames, each one having on, or in, it at least one sliding carriage frame which is able to be slid outwardly and downwardly in relation to its associated support frame. Each carriage frame is designed for the reception on, or in, it of such as racks, shelves, display tables, workbenches, stands, storage bins and hoppers, drawers, and the like, and the work station and other components may be installed in such as a van or trailer body so as to be transportable. Each carriage frame is able to be raised, lowered and adjusted relative to its support frame.
