ABSTRACT A device for controlling electrical equipment associated with a building in response to selected pairs of exterior temperature and interior relative humidity signals derived from temperature and humidity sensors, the pairs of signals being preselected such that the electrical equipment is activated only for those combinations of temperature and humidity which give rise to condensation in the interior of the building.
