The present invention relates to a releasable aqueous coating composition containing (A) a resin dispersion containing a carbonyl group-containing copolymer aqueous dispersion and a polyhydrazide compound in such a ratio that an amount of hydrazide group is in the range of 0.02 to 3.0 equivalents per one equivalent of carbonyl group in the emulsion particle, and (B) a release assistant; and a method of temporarily protecting a finished coating film on an automobile body, which method comprises coating said coating composition onto a surface of a finished cured coating film coated onto the automobile body.
L'invention se rapporte à une composition de revêtement aqueux pelable comprenant une dispersion de résine (A) contenant une émulsion aqueuse d'un copolymère carbonylé et d'un composé de polyhydrazide, le rapport du groupe carbonyle dans les particules de l'émulsion et du groupe hydrazide étant compris entre 1 et 0,02-3 par équivalent, et un support de pelage (B). L'invention se rapporte également à un procédé visant à protéger provisoirement le revêtement d'une carrosserie d'automobile et consistant à appliquer la composition sur la surface d'un film durci d'une couche de finition de carrosserie.
