ABSTRACT A releasable clip 1 which eliminates the need to align the orientation of the clip with that of a panel hole, and can be released without requiring time and trouble comprises a pin 2 and a hollow bush 3 through which the pin 2 passes. The pin comprises a head 7, a shank 8 extending from the head 7, and anchor legs 9 extending from the shank 8 toward the head in such a manner that they open radially outwardly. The bush 3 is connected to the pin head 7 and the end of the pin shank 8 so that the bush can rotate relatively to the pin in the state that the pin shank is received therein. When the pin 2 is positioned at a first rotational angle with respect to the bush, the ends of the anchor legs of the pin open radially outwardly so as to be able to engage with the panel or the surface of a member to be attached. When the pin is positioned at a second rotational angle, the bush 3 engages with the ends of the anchor legs 9 of the pin. Then, the ends of the anchor legs are brought closer to the pin shank 8 to be released from their engagement with the panel, thus enabling the clip to be detached from the panel and the member to be attached.
