A release control composition for oral administration which comprises: a physiologically active substance which is a compound represented by the formula (I)-A (wherein n is an integer of 1 to 3; and Ar represents an optionally substituted aromatic ring) or a salt of the compound; and a hydrophilic polymer. Also provided is a release control composition for oral administration comprising cores containing the physiologically active substance and a coating layer which comprises a polymer and with which each core is coated.
La présente invention a trait à une composition à libération contrôlée pour l'administration orale comportant : une substance physiologiquement active qui est un composé de formule (I)-A, dans laquelle : n est un nombre entier de 1 à 3 ; et Ar représente un noyau aromatique éventuellement substitué ou un sel du composé, et un polymère hydrophile. L'invention a également trait à une composition à libération contrôlée pour administration orale comprenant des noyaux contenant la substance physiologiquement active et une couche d'enrobage comprenant un polymère dont chaque noyau est enrobé.
