It is intended to provide a morphinan derivative represented by the following general formula (I): (I) wherein R1 represents methyl, cyclopropylmethyl, etc.; R2 and R3 represent each hydroxy, methoxy, acetoxy, etc.; Y and Z represent each a valence bond, -(C=O)-, etc.; X represents a C2-5 carbon chain constituting a part of the cyclic structure (wherein one of the carbon atoms may be substituted by oxygen, sulfur or nitrogen); (R4)k represents an optionally substituted fused benzene ring, carbonyl, etc.; R9 represents hydrogen, etc.; R10 and R11 may be bonded together to form -O-; and R6 represents hydrogen, etc.; a pharmacologically acceptable acid addition salt thereof, a remedy or a preventive for urinary frequency or urinary incontinence containing the above derivative or its pharmacologically acceptable acid addition salt as the active ingredient; a method for treating or preventing the above diseases; and utilization for these diseases. The above-described compound is useful as a novel remedy or preventive for urinary frequency or urinary incontinence showing an isolated side effect. Moreover, it is useful in a method for treating or preventing the above diseases and utilization for these diseases.
L'invention concerne un dérivé de morphinane de formule générale (I), dans laquelle R?1¿ désigne un méthyle, un cyclopropylméthyle, etc. ; R?2¿ et R?3¿ désignent chacun un hydroxy, méthoxy, acétoxy, etc. ; Y et Z désignent chacun une liaison de valence, - (C = O) -, etc. ; X désigne une chaîne en C¿2-5? constituant une partie de la structure cyclique (où l'un des atomes de carbone peut être substitué par un oxygène, un soufre ou un azote) ; (R?4¿)¿k? désigne un noyau benzénique condensé, éventuellement substitué, carbonyle, etc. ; R?9¿ désigne un hydrogène, etc. ; R?10¿ et R?11¿ peuvent être liés entre eux pour former O - ; et R?6¿ désigne un hydrogène, etc. L'invention concerne également un sel d'addition acide pharmacologiquement acceptable dudit dérivé, un remède ou un produit préventif pour la fréquence urinaire ou l'incontinence urinaire, contenant, en tant qu'ingrédient actif, le dérivé précité ou son sel d'addition acide pharmacologiquement acceptable. L'invention concerne en outre un procédé de traitement ou de prévention des maladies précitées, ainsi que son utilisation pour de telles maladies. Le composé précité est utilisé comme nouveau remède ou produit préventif pour la fréquence urinaire ou l'incontinence urinaire, présentant un effet secondaire isolé. De plus, il est utilisé dans un procédé de traitement et de prévention des maladies précitées.
